Families Matter

Swans is a support group for:

• Parents

• Grandparents

• Carers

who are dealing with children with all kinds of additional needs and the needs of their siblings.

Crèche available for children under 5.

Holiday activity days for additional needs children and their brothers and sisters.

Confidentiality a priority.

Information on charities, benefits, where to go for help, local services available, etc.

Meetings regularly once a month 10.00am—12.30pm at Cornerstone.
